NEW CASTLE- Beulah Miller Kaiser went home to be with the Lord on July 12, 2016. She was born on November 27, 1924 in Morehead, Kentucky, the daughter of Frank and Olive (Gregory) Hall. Beulah is survived by her two daughters, Peggy (Stanley deceased) Miller Lowe and Brenda (Phil) Miller Ford, step son, Bill Kaiser and daughter in-law, Helen Bow Miller; two sisters, Janet Arnett and Kay (Bill) Kautz; one brother, Kenneth (Beth) Hall. Beulah was blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Beulah was preceded in death by two husbands, Marcus Miller Jr. in 1961 and Lawrence "Larry" Kaiser in 1987; two sons, Kenneth Wayne "Butch" Miller in 2013 and 10 year old Earl Daniel "Danny" Miller in 1961; granddaughter, Deanna Lowe and great granddaughter, Elizabeth Linder. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.
