CENTERVILLE - Alice Marie Brooks-King age 65 born January 5th 1948 passed away February 23rd 2013 from a long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, George W and Ernestine (Thomas) Brooks all of Richmond Virginia.

Alice is missed by her loving husband, Ricky Gene King, a daughter, Carolyn M. Bousman, two sons, Lawrence Hardwicke Jr. (Buddy) David M. Bousman and a step-son, Ben Tyler King, two grandchildren, Zach & Shelby King, several nieces and nephews and extended family. Her hobbies were cross stitching and sewing. She loved her cats. Alice was most recently employed at Burger King in Connersville and was previously employed at McDonalds in Greenfield and PresGlas Corporation. Rick and Alice were married more than 24 years. Alice was the best wife a man could ask for, a friend and partner for life and will be missed dearly.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 27th from 4 - 8 p.m. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, 1993 Cumberland Street, Dublin, Indiana 47335. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 28th at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Westside Cemetery, Milton.
