DUBLIN- Alexis Michelle Bates daughter of Melinda (Wilson) Forbes and Graylon Bates was stillborn on Wednesday January 16, 2013 at Fayette Regional Hospital in Connersville, Indiana. Survivors include her parents; maternal grandparents, Ricky and Barbara (Phillips) Wilson of Cambridge City; paternal grandfather, Daryl Bates of Connersville; paternal great grandmother, Essie Bates of Connersville; 2 brothers, Isaiah and Caleb Forbes of Cambridge City; step brother, Jadon Bates of Connersville; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Alexis was preceded in death by a sister, Caitlyn Louise Forbes on November 6, 2008; maternal great grandparents, Ralph Phillips Sr. and Martha Christine Corn. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at the Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.
