Laffanene Alanes Paull

   Laffanene Alanes Paull, 41, passed away early Monday morning March 25, 2019 at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana.  She has been in failing health for the past two years.  Laffanene was born in New Castle, Indiana on October 4, 1977.  She was raised in the New Castle community and graduated from Chrysler High School with the class of 1996.  While in high school she was a member of the color guard.  She has lived in Lewisville for the past ten years. A homemaker, Laffanene was a devoted wife and proud mother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her children participate in athletics.  Laffanene had worked in factories and as a waitress and bartender in the New Castle area.  In her leisure, Laffanene enjoyed family activities, craftwork and making baskets.

     Survivors include her husband of 20 years, “Willy” William Joseph Paull.  They were married on July 11, 1998 at the Lewisville Presbyterian Church by Rev. Arthur Whitaker.  3 children, Arial Lynne Paull of New Castle, Jocelyn Nicole Paull and Gary Triston Paull both of Lewisville; mother, Teresa (Miller) Felix of New Castle; brother, Matthew Wright (Sommer) Felix of New Castle; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

     Laffanene was preceded in death by her father, “Tim” Trimble Wright Felix Jr. on December 18, 2014 and sister, Randi Michelle (Felix) Howlett on June 18, 2018.

     Following cremation, a Memorial Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday March 29, 2019 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Lewisville Chapel.
