CAMBRIDGE CITY- Dennis Robert “Robbie” Harrison, 36, passed away at his home in Cambridge City, Indiana on Monday December 27, 2010. Dennis Robert was born in Richmond, Indiana on July 28, 1974. Formerly of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, Robbie attended Laurel County High School in Kentucky and has lived in the Cambridge City community for the past 5 years. He worked as an auto body technician and enjoyed auto racing and Civil War history.
Survivors include 2 sons- Robert Ray Junior Harrison and Toby Glen both of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; mother- Jenny R. (Creech) Mullen of Straughn; father- Dennis Ray Harrison of London, Kentucky; sister- Angel Cox of Cambridge City; brother- Richard Ray Harrison of Richmond; 2 nieces; 4 nephews; 2 great nieces; uncles- Jim Creech and William (Penny) Drook both of Richmond, Forney Benge of Milton, Dale “Trigger” Harrison of Cambridge City, James “Shorty” Harrison of Centerville and William Harrison of London, KY; aunts-Wanda Schnider of Cambridge City, Shirley King of Centerville, Lisa Spotts of Webster, Judy Putala of Liberty, Debra “Kay” Benge of Richmond and Gail Newsberry of Arizona.
Robbie was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother- Wanda Brees of Cambridge City.
A visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday December 31, 2010 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, 1993 Cumberland Street / Dublin, Indiana 47335. An additional visitation will be from 11 a.m until the time of services at 1 p.m. on Monday January 3, 2011 at the Bowling Funeral Home, 1704 N. Main Street / London, Kentucky 40741
