Gale B Huddleston

BEDFORD – Gale B. Huddleston, Sr., 81, of Bedford, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Westview Nursing Home in Bedford. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 8, 1931 to the late Clyde Huddleston, Sr. and Edith (Whorton) Huddleston. Gale was raised in the Cambridge City – Mount Auburn area and attended Lincoln High School. He was employed by several factories in the area before moving to Bradenton, Florida and working for Miller Trailer Corporation. After his retirement, Gale moved to Bedford.

Survivors include his children, Gale B. Huddleston, Jr. and Edith Ramirez both of Richmond, Kentucky; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, twin brother Dale Huddleston of Norman, Indiana, Robert “Bob” Huddleston of Holland, Indiana; a sister Elizabeth M. Crawford of Southaven, Mississippi.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clyde Huddleston, Jr. and Tom Huddleston.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services at at 1:00 p.m. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, 1993 Cumberland Street, Dublin, Indiana 47331. Roberta Meyer of Holland, Indiana will officiate. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pershing.
